BUILDING PRODUCTION-READY AI AND ML SYSTEMS SINCE 2015

Two kinds of companies call me.

The ones who know AI matters but have no idea where to start. And the ones with an idea that never quite became real.

In three to six weeks you'll know what to build, what to stop, what it costs, and what happens first — from someone who has been there, built it, and scaled it.

PATH ONE

“We don’t know where to start.”

You've read the same articles as everyone else. Between the hype, the vendors, and the fear of getting it wrong, nothing has actually happened.

PATH TWO

“We have an idea that won't launch.”

Someone had a good instinct. Maybe there's even a prototype. It hasn't become anything real, and nobody can say exactly why.

IF YOU'RE STARTING FROM ZERO

You need a first move.

Most AI advice assumes you've already decided something. You haven't — and that's a reasonable place to be. The noise in this market is hard to see through, and a confident wrong turn is expensive.

What you need first isn't a transformation program. It's a short, honest answer to three questions: where would this actually help us, what's the smallest thing worth doing, and what will it take?

AI Starting Point

$10,000 – $15,000

Fixed price · 2–3 weeks

Priced on the size of your organization and how many people I need to talk to. You'll have the exact number before you commit.

  • Conversations with you and 4–6 people across your business

  • A plain-language read on where AI would genuinely help — and where it wouldn't

  • Two or three specific opportunities, sized and prioritized

  • One recommended first project, scoped with cost and timeline

  • A clear view of what you'd be signing up for, including the parts vendors don't mention

  • Live readout with your leadership team

IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA

The gap between a good idea and a working system is where most AI fails.

The demo was impressive. The prototype worked on the sample data. Then it met the real business — messy inputs, edge cases, systems that weren't built for this, and nobody clearly accountable for getting it over the line.

This is the most expensive place to be stuck, because it looks like progress. And it is almost never a technology problem.

Idea to Reality

$20,000 – $35,000

Fixed price · 4–6 weeks

Priced on the complexity of what you're trying to build. You'll have the exact number before you commit.

  • A direct diagnosis of what's actually blocking this, in plain terms

  • An honest verdict on whether it should be built, changed, or stopped

  • What it will genuinely take: cost, time, people, and prerequisites

  • A concrete delivery plan — build, buy, or partner, with a recommendation

  • Technical direction your team can execute against, and will respect

  • Live readout with your leadership team

Independent, and not new to this.

My only product is a straight answer — which means I can tell you not to build something, and sometimes I do.

I've been building AI and machine learning systems inside large enterprises since 2015, well before GPTs were a household tool. That's the difference between advice that follows the trends, and advise that stands with evidence. It also means your technical team will take the recommendations seriously — plans your engineers silently disagree with don't get executed.

I’ve also conducted AI trainings for hundreds of people — introducing them to the concepts of moderns AI, and having them walk away with usable techniques and tools within 2 hours.

If something sounds interesting but you’re not sure I’m the right fit, or if you have an idea and it doesn’t quite fit into my services, give me a call. I’m a strategist and engineer, and I believe everyone should benefit from the explosion of AI tools, not just those that can afford an AI research department.

Let’s talk.
